  My experience with this company is that they have a great selection of products, but don't expect them to provide any kind of support if things go sideways. Our most recent experience with these folks was not a positive one.

  On the negative side, we recently had a power surge that knocked out the transmitter for the Invisible fence and I went back to them to see if they could replace it. They initially came to say it was not available as a separate item and later came back to say they would sell us a kit minus some stuff I didn't need at a $50 reduction. I wrote back to let them know I was OK with that and to ask how I should order it since their website only listed the kit at it's full price. This is when things went off the rails. There was no response from them at all. I followed up with several emails, none of which got any response whatsoever. They went totally silent. If they didn't want to sell the the parts, they could have said sorry, it's not available, but instead they went silent and ignored my emails. Not very impressive.
